"TECLA - Building citizenship through art" is an audiovisual pedagogy project focused on active citizenship and audiovisual language literacy through creativity, aimed at a network of schools in the suburbs of Rome and the territories in which they reside .

Fantasmagorie offers the stopmotion animation workshop for children.

The project is promoted by IC Emma Castelnuovo in collaboration with IC Piersanti Mattarella and IC Simonetta Salacone of Rome in collaboration with Roma Capitale – Municipio IV, ArtedelContatto, Melting Pro, CiaksipArte, Fujakkà Lab and Casal Bertone District Committee. The project is promoted as part of the National Plan for Cinema and Images for Schools promoted by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education.
